Species: Eifie, Empath
Age/Grade: 3rd year, transferring
History: His parents divorced when his sister Ann and him were still little. Kippei hasn't seen his mother or sister since then and was raised by his father. He never had any sort of contact with the rest of his family. He remembers Ann though and he still worries about his beloved little sister or wonders if she and mother are doing well.
He went to normal school and was a very good and diligent student. His gifts haven't shown before he went to middle school and the process of them showing was rather long, compared to others. His family-inherited Eifie powers were discovered when he healed his injured classmate who fell from the stairs. His dad, however, decided to not send him to Yumemiru then, although he was strongly advised to do so. Secretly he hoped that this would be a single incident and it wouldn't happen again. Kippei's father disliked magic.
However, this kept repeating as the boy's powers began to show. Kippei wasn't blind at all and quickly found out what he was. When in addition to that some Empath powers began to appear, Kippei went and asked his dad personally why isn't he at Yumemiru Gakuen. Having not received a good explanation, he quickly persuaded the man to send him to Yume. He hopes to find out something about his mother and sister.
Personality: Kippei is a mature, caring and protective boy with a strong sense of justice. This originates from the fact that he was an older brother and used to care very much for his sister before ther were parted. He will always defend the ones that are suffering or unfairly treated. For him, making sure that everyone is okay is far mor and he would never cause someone pain for personal gain. Usually, he wouldn't hurt a fly, but if he is pissed off enough, he wouldn't hesitate to punish teh ebiru person in the most direct way.
Mostly, though, he will display that fatherly protective side of him, unless someone gives him a reason to dislike him.
